Public bug reported:

Was installing the KDE Plasma gui for Ubuntu, package failed to install
due to another package already having the file apparently(another
package with plasma in the name)

To be able to install anything after this happens, you have to fix the
conflict manually and then run apt-get install -f to allow apt to fix
the packages
