Confirming that this bug still affects 14.04.2 LTS, tested trough clean
install with location setting to Brussels. result is a semi german
interface => unexpected behaviour.
expected behaviour:
nl_BE locales (for correct punctuations) and default (selected) language locale

just while working inside libreoffice
fully closing libreoffice (so all windows) fixes the issue; then you can start
it again and continue the work... for a (small) time

I'd go for implementation 1; I'm sure you have examples where having the
launcher on the left monitor isn't the best way
quick example: 3-monitor setup: left, primary (middle) & right
left = stats/uptime monitor or mail; ... always open;
middle= normal working area
right = some other stats/app

this happened to me before aswell; it's caused (in my case) by a bad
screen resolution setting; or using multiple screens in extended
interface

I bought myself a new multitouch screen, however it's like ubuntu never
set itself up to use multitouch; I'm able to use single touch; but there
isn't any multitouch capability I'm able to do (tried several things;
also not recognized as a touchpad since 2-finger scrolling doe
no it didn't, it was like that for over 5 minutes; also if a smaller
window gets against the dock it should hide; but it didn't eather.
it suddenly worked again; I think it was after closing the window that
stood "under" the dock for a while (it didn't help to put that window
away from the dock)
