2019-03-02 Thread Kella Wedill
Just installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on HP EliteBook 8470p. Got the same
error on fresh boot. It probebly was because of ubuntu now uses screen
rotation gyro(?) and started to rotate screen. Anyway, to steps to fix.

[Bug 1098928] Re: Semi-maximize keyboard shorcut non modifiable

2013-04-27 Thread Kella Wedill
Man, do you have ANY ambition to make Ubuntu/unity a serious OS?
Wherever i read on ubuntu.org - everyone discourages use of CCSM / not
supported. Deliver the damn OS with basic functionallity that f**king
works. With an attitude like yours ubuntu is doomed.

[Bug 1098928] [NEW] Semi-maximize keyboard shorcut non modifiable

2013-01-12 Thread Kella Wedill
Public bug reported:

Ctrl+Super+Left/Right is unassignable in ubuntu 12.10 and 12.04.

(This may sound like a minor issue, but using a software like intellij
that relies alot on shortcuts you have to unassign alot of conflicting
ones in unity to use some combination of Super to make unity play well
with virtual desktops etc. )

Also i read that CCSM isnt supported, so id prefer not to use that to
make ubuntu desktop usable.
