on noble beta, VisualVM now launches successfully with the default JRE

Installing VisualVM via the apt on noble beta automatically installs
java 21, but the packaged version of VisualVM (2.1.6) only supports Java
20 and below. When you try to launch it, you get a pop up message
stating:
"You are running VisualVM using an unsupported Java

I added the path to my Nvidia libraries (/usr/lib/nvidia-367) to my
LD_LIBRARY_PATH, restarted, and everything works again.

I can confirm this bug on a fresh 16.04.1 install as well, Eclipse
segfaults over X2Go. Unfortunately the workaround proposed by Colin
isn't working for me either. I added that line to
/etc/x2go/x2goagent.options and am still having the same problem. Any
other ideas?
