[Bug 1863797] Re: gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer fails to create thumbnails for CR2 100% of the time.

2020-02-18 Thread Kristijan Žic
** Description changed:

  I have been adding "image/x-xpixmap;image/x-canon-cr2;image/x-adobe-dng"
to the end of the line starting with "MimeType=" in the file
  "/usr/share/thumbnailers/gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer.thumbnailer" since
Ubuntu 18.10 for the thumbnailer to create the thumbnails primarily for
the ".CR2" raw files from my Canon 77D and 80D cameras.

Unfortunately I have to report that as of Ubuntu 19.10 this solution doesn’t
work on my machine anymore.
The thumbnailer tries to create the thumbnails but fails and instead creates
1 pixel png images that it all puts in
"~/.cache/thumbnails/fail/gnome-thumbnail-factory".

Is there any solution? Should I test something?

I've attached a CR2 photo of mine that anyone can use for testing.

[Bug 1646859] [NEW] Wifi not working after suspend on 16.10

Public bug reported:

After waking from suspend, nm doesn't automatically connect to WiFi,
instead nm indicator is showing RJ45 icon like it's connected on wired
network but it's not. NM indicator panel doesn't show any WiFi networks
and there is no connection. restarting the service or stopping the WiFi
antenna using keyboard shortcut don't fix the problem. Only relogging
the account or restart fixes the issue.

[Bug 1560143] Re: Indicator area

2016-03-23 Thread Kristijan Žic
I only agree with you on one thing that is gray color on gray background
in indicator panel. I can't agree with anything else. I own Nexus4,
Nexus5, Nexus5x, Nexus9... And I hate the android indicator panel on
every single one of them. On the other hand I find ubuntu touch
indicator panel to be much more usable and advanced. It is the best
feature of UT in my opinion. You can easily find and access any
indicator with just one swipe and then you press the toggle or whatever.
That is 1 action less than on android. I don't know how you counted 5.
However, I think that the indicator panel as it is now is still lacking
content. Bluetooth indicator should show devices like wifi shows
networks and battery could include a graph. Empty indicator and panel
like it the case with notification should be hidden until it has
something to show.

[Bug 1555873] Re: Sound crackles when using time slider

2016-03-10 Thread Kristijan Žic
Yes, it is mp3. I added a track to the attachment with which I find
this crackle to be pronounced the most although it is present in every
track.

** Attachment added: "03 A Drop In The Ocean.mp3"
