We experience the same problem with Ubuntu 14.04.3 on Intel Compute Stick
(kernel 3.16.0-58).
The device works without problems for a while, but after a random time (between
6-7 hours to 1-2 days) the screen freezes, but applications on the device still
run.
I've submitted a bug report to Intel

Hi,
it seems that in Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 LTS with xfce4 as window manager, windows
seems "locked" in their position on the screen. If I click on every other
position the mouse pointer moves and click works, but on title-bar nothing
happens, neither close/resize/hide buttons

Hi,
if I create a VM using default libvirt settings and try to do a blockcopy of
one of its block devices, procedure fails claiming "permission denied" and the
original block device looses write permission. Only power-cycling the VM
restores correct behaviour.
