Hello,
This seems to be a well-known problem affecting since 1.8.2. However,
the fix might be an updated dvdstyler (I guess 1.8.4.2), which probably
will not make into ubuntu repos. The developer does not have a bug-fix
release for 1.8.3.
In my case, this bug happens when I boot a using nfsboot.
If casper in confined inside initrd, is there any change that a fixed oneiric
compatible initrd can be released?
Replacing the initrd will be no problem for a pxe boot process.

I configured a PXE boot using this cmdline:

The machine boots without problem. However, I get no dns.

Hello Canonical guys,
I have this problem specially for new and fast machines. Boot is just
too fast. If autofs uses network shares (nis, nis+, ldap), it only can
start autofs after the network is up (upstart bug?). Another solution is
to start immediatelly (for static entries) and, after network
FYI, in my case, 11.04, reload autofs is not enough. I need to use
restart autofs
