Noticed in large image, reproduced in small one.
To reproduce:
1. Open a small image (100x100, for example).
2. Fill with black.
3. Open View - Navigation window. (not vital, but easy to see
Man, this is irritating. My low-ball workaround is to switch to high
contrast theme when working on a swing app, but that's got it's own
bugs for other stuff, so it's not a very good one.
