[Bug 1070958] Re: Touchpad not working but USB mouse working
Just to update things now that 13.04 is out. This is *still* not working without the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX fix as per above. I also have this problem, and know how to recreate it under 12.04 + Gnome Classic. The bottom taskbar colours are wrong, but if you repeatedly minimise / restore a window, they eventually sort themselves out. But on the next click, the colours go wrong again. [Bug 969527] Re: Rythmbox many errors when importing to library
The error Rhythmbox states is that it can't resolve some of the dependencies when installing gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg. If you do a manual ... sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg ... this installs all the required files. A quick restart of Rhythmbox and all imports appear to work fine. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/969527 Title: Rythmbox many errors when importing to library To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/969527/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 717470] [NEW] gcalctool can't handle commas when converting between bases
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gcalctool (1) Enable Show thousands separators (2) Select Programming mode (3) Select Decimal (4) Enter 1024 (5) Change the base to Hexadecimal (6) Incorrect result ... we get 1024 interspersed with subscript 10s If you now disable Show thousands separators and repeat, we get the correct value displayed. [Bug 128313] Re: /dev/md0 does not exist. Dropping to a shell.
I've worked out the last steps: sudo mv /boot /boot1 sudo ln -s /md0/boot /boot sudo update-initramfs -k 2.6.22-14-generic -c -t sudo update-initramfs -k 2.6.22-14-386 -c -t I was confused because I did not have 2.6.20-22-generic, but guessed I should used the latest one. I can now boot from either one of the above kernels. -- /dev/md0 does not exist. [Bug 128313] Re: /dev/md0 does not exist. Dropping to a shell.
I seem to have same problem, but I don't know how to apply this solution. I just updated 6.06 - 6.10 - 7.04 - 7.10 over the pass couple of days. This last update left me it this /dev/md0 does not exist. dropping to a shell state. I've download a 7.10 desktop cd, and have booted off this. The update-initramfs command fails cannot find /lib/modules/2.6.20-16-generic But also it appears that this live boot does not see /dev/md0, so how could create a new boot image on this raid.
