This affects me too, with a Thinkpad X200T. I hope some work is done on
this, as it makes tablet functionality almost unusable.

Hmmm, the copy in the repo is several versions old. I tried the new
version which I had to recompile from source because I have an AMD64
processor. It seemed much worse to me, but that could have been my
graphics card. You might as well give it a try anyway.
