[Bug 435235] Re: USBPS keyboard not detected

Same problem here USB keyboard works at startup (I can choose my OS in Grub) and then does nothing when KDE is running. Unplugging it and plugging it back into another port makes it work again. First thought of a hardware problem, so tried another keyboard. Same problem. Thought maybe the

Same issue here. Never occurred before Karmic. Maybe a crazy thought, but might it be that udev kind of overwrites the keyboard when trying to add a printer on every available USB-port? I don't know how to check that myself. It's a rather annoying issue indeed, and I fear that my keyboard-plug

Ok.. I wrote about the removal of the USB to PS/2 converter just 10 minutes ago, but the problem simply came back again. I'm puzzled, how can the problem be solved by such an action and then just come back without any obvious reason at all? -- keyboard partially fails [Hardy Regression]

Public bug reported: Arrow keys and the block of 6 keys above them (ins, home, pgup, pgdown, delete, end) don't work after upgrade from Kubuntu gutsy to hardy. They seem to be mapped to other keys, as PgUp gives me a / character and PgDown gives me a context menu. The other ones don't do anything
