[Bug 1445376] Re: A2DP skips when conneted to handsfree device

2016-09-20 Thread Maureen
Sorry, I was being too fast. It only works if I initiate the connection
from the phone. When the handsfree device connects automatically, the
problem persists as described.

[Bug 1598372] [NEW] Support for SIP

2016-07-02 Thread Maureen
Public bug reported:

I would like to ask for SIP support on Ubuntu Touch.

I know this has been asked before in the context of bug #1247216, but
the heading there only refers to XMPP (which is just as important).

There has been a optimistic mailing list posting on this on October 2015:
https://lists.launchpad.net/ubuntu-phone/msg16455.html

[Bug 1591732] Re: Keyboard (OSK) disappears on certain input field

2016-06-24 Thread Maureen
First off, thanks for your help, Olivier. It's appreciated.

Indeed, the OSK comes up on the input field when I open the page
directly (my apologies, I thought I had thoroughly tested this, but
apparently I hadn't).

The problem occurs when opening the page in sequence. This is the main
page which links to the "page in question":

http://reader.digitale-sammlungen.de/resolve/display/bsb10749869.html

Clicking on "PDF-Download" opens the "page in question". Then, the OSK
will not come up for the "Downloadschlüssel bitte hier eintragen" field.

I am sorry, Olivier, I am afraid I do not really understand the
question.

The OSK does not open for this INPUT field:

[Bug 1247216] Re: Support for XMPP

2016-06-12 Thread Maureen
+1

I completely agree. libpurple integration would improve methods of
communication a lot. After all, a phone is primarily a communication
device. XMPP (w/ jingle extension) is still very popular. For me it's a
reason to keep Nokia's N900 as a daily phone.

[Bug 1500242] Re: Bluetooth devices (Jabra BT250, Audi A3 car kit) can not be connected with BQ Aquaris 4.5

2016-06-12 Thread Maureen
No idea whether this observation is related: For me it actually makes a
difference whether the connection to the handsfree device (Funkwerk Ego
Flash) is initiated by the phone (E 4.5) or the device itself.

When the handfree device connects to the phone, I experience the
symptoms of "no audio" on phone calls as described above.

However, when the phone initiates the BT pairing, everything works just
smoothly.

(If unrelated, please delete this comment.)

same problem:
