[Bug 475020] [NEW] Laptop freezes when connected to 802.11 N wpa/wpa2 network
Public bug reported: I have a single network running with multiple wireless access points. All are running wp2 personal encryption. When i connect to the B/G network, I can connect, get moderate transfer speeds, and the connection is stable. If i connect to the N network, my connection is spotty, my throughput is about the same as when on G, and my machine will lock up hard eventually. I can sometimes go a couple hours, but if i am doing any serious IO, I can generally reproduce the crash within about 20 minutes. I used ubuntu-bug linux to generate the requested data, but here are a few details.
