I finally got it to build and work with 12.10 after re-reading post 61 (thank you!) Also, had disabled wireless thru the gnome app as I am using Ethernet. However doing this also disabled Bluetooth for me. Following post 61 and enabling wireless got it going for me. On a side note, now stuck
