The problem is that you have installed deluge-webui not deluge-web.
I've installed both deluge-webui and deluge-web, and when you update,
the dummy pack. should become removable. However I've fixed doing purge
of the both packages and reinstalling deluge-web alone.

Today I did some security-update, among which kernel 2.6.35-27 that overwrite
the #270 one. So the problem is back.
We can't hold disabled security update, so we could block that packages, but
maybe you could also upload a new kernel...

I installed today Karmic beta and had this bug.
Not the first, but the second time i reboot after some upgrade (obviusly, I'm
_not_ considering live boot to install!).
What should I do for now? Running fsck from gparted of live cd do not
resolve the problem, why?
