The issue seems to be that the workstation user accounts change their passwords every 30 days. Take a look at one of my workstations log files: [2010/06/24 09:43:25, 1] auth/auth_util.c:577(make_server_info_sam) User WORKSTATION29$ in passdb, but getpwnam() fails!
