[Bug 1627394] Re: Allow moving the top panel to the bottom in Unity
In the Western Mind (different from the Eastern Mind, ie. Japan, etc.) processes information from left to right and top to bottom. This is why the Menue Bar should have the option to move it to the bottom of the screen. The menue bar is little used, primarily to Shut Down the system. So ... instead of being in the place that first "Meets the Eye", it should be at the bottom, where it's little use gets it out of the way. Then more more used & useful information can first 'Meet the Eye'.
