Much appreciated, thank you!

[Bug 955018] Re: auto scroll doesn't work in vnc-plugin

2012-04-30 Thread Na_OH
Also affects me in Kubuntu; tested with a vanilla install of Kubuntu
virtual machine, same behavior. Also affects Lubuntu.

2012-04-30 Thread Na_OH
This has also resolved scrolling within the server as well; however
Viewport fullscreen mode does not scroll when cursor is brought to the
edges on high resolution instances, Bug #955018; most importantly, thank
you, very much appreciated!

[Bug 917313] [NEW] System panel applet inserts blank spacers after suspend

2012-01-16 Thread Na_OH
Public bug reported:

Lubuntu 11.10 64bit

After suspending and resuming the system panel applet inserts one blank
block each time (i.e. suspend/resume 3 times and you get 3 blank
blocks). Adjusting the applet's location on the panel has no effect,
nor does moving the panel's location. Restarting the user's session
does clear out the blanks. If it is relevant, I've made no changes to
LXDE's appearances, I'm noticing this on a vanilla install of Lubuntu.

** Affects: lxde-common (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New

[Bug 846878] Re: empty space between time applet and nm-applet

2012-01-16 Thread Na_OH
This is happening on my system as well. Lubuntu 11.10 x64, and is
consistent when waking up from suspends. Each wake/screen unlock gives
me one blank unit. This is on a laptop, as well.

[Bug 877871] Re: vmware workstation 8 causes 11.10 to hang on boot

2011-12-05 Thread Na_OH
This is also affecting me. It hung on up after the initial upgrade-
install from 11.04 to 11.10 and now after the first kernel kernel update
(3.0.0-12-generic = 3.0.0-13-generic). The irritating workaround is to
boot into the last bootable kernel (3.0.0-12-generic in my case),
uninstall using vmware (8.0.1 workstation) uninstall scripts, reboot
into current kernel which will then boot, and reinstall vmware.
Fortunately the vmware uninstaller leaves all vm's and settings in
place, nevertheless it is a bit of a hassle. With verbose booting you
can see the hang occurs on Starting Workstation Server Fail
