I installed Ubuntu 9.04 RC1, without blacklisting the ACX module system load floated around 3.0. Not sure y this is, once the module is blacklisted system load is lowered to normal levels. Using Ndiswrapper and system load is back to normal. I can connect to WIFI network via Ndiswrapper
