It appears that this is actually available, but that default settings
are breaking it.
In kwalletmanager, go to Settings > Configure Wallet and uncheck "Close
when last application stops using it".
Otherwise, the wallet will get opened by pam_kwallet, and then
immediately closed again because
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2004690 describes what appears
to have been the solution to this problem for me: add
`SUSPEND_MODULES=iwlwifi` to `/etc/pm/config.d/config` and reboot.

Fresh install of Kubuntu 14.10 on a Dell Latitude E7240. Screen
registers clicks and drags via the Touchpad settings, other KDE
components, and Firefox, but fails to register clicks on Google Chrome.

This is a very silly bug; libzip1 is compatible with libzip2, and less
than 400K. Please reinstate it, as it is causing bugs in otherwise
completely functional
Identical segmentation fault: this is probably a xen-related bug.
Workaround is to move /lib/tls to /lib/tls~, solution is probably to
install libc6-xen (or move it up in the upgrade process to before
module-init-tools.
