Issue was fixed after full reinstall of very thing.
Recreate GPT tables,
Reinstall windows 10
Reinstall all drivers for bios
and then repartion disk : add two additional partion for ubuntu uefi and ext4.
And ubuntu was successfully installed.
Have no idea where problem appeared previously.

Today i try one more time. Try install Ubuntu to windows boot manager
uefi(500mb fat32, eps + boot flag) partition. and Remove second uefi(400mb
fat32, eps + boot flag).
It's not help.
Just for smoke check i will try install arch or debian. TO understand does
problem specifically in grub or in

Yes, i can reproduce it every time.
And i'am already reproduce it with ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04.
More then 4 times.

I;am sorry i can't understand how it's possible.
I have 1 nvme disk for 500gb with
2 uefi boot sector by 400mb
nvme0n1p4 - fat32 with uefi for ubunru
nvme0n1p2 - was created before my installation with windows MBR.
nvme0n1p6 - ext4 250gb for ubuntu
nvme0n1p3 - ntfs near 240gb that was created
