(that's what I call freeze), and blue led activity of usb key stay off forever.

There is no way to create a launcher.
Steps :
user download an application like josm (a .jar application) or bt747 etc.
user go to downloaded application
try a right click, searching for an option like Add to Internet menu group -

the turboprint applet, and in fact there is no way to add other applets.
