[Bug 448666] Re: xawtv.bin crashed with SIGSEGV in strlen()
I have just installed 8.04 LTS on the same hardware, and xawtv and tvtime both work fine, so assume this is a regression with the intel driver for ubuntu karmic. [Bug 448974] [NEW] Cannot scan for channels in mythtv-setup with Pinnacle Hybrid Pro and v4l
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mythtv I've setup mythbntu Karmic beta on my HP Compaq Evo D530 and a pinnacle Hybrid Pro USB stick. I couldn't do a straight install due to video issues with the Intel 82865G chipset, so installed 9.04 and upgraded to 9.10, then installed the video for linux drivers using mercurial and downloaded the relevant firmware. (tvtime won't run with a hardware overlay error, but xawtv does, and works). I've setup the card in mythtv setup and the UK RT XMLTV grabber, but when I match them up and click the san for channels button, nothing happens.
