[Bug 1767574] [NEW] number of cores in Resource tab

Public bug reported: Not a bug but an enhancement ... I have 6 cores (AMD FX 6300) and the resource tab shows 4 cores as the first row and 2 cores in the second. It would look nicer to line them up as 3 on 1st row and 3 on 2nd row. Also, note the vertical spacing between cpu1 and cpu5; too tight.
