[Bug 1253529] [NEW] Screen in editors get corrupted
Public bug reported: Hello, Since Ubuntu 13.10 I've got problem with displaying text in editors such Geany and Eclipse. Attached screenshot shows how Eclipse look after opening. To see regular window I need to dragdrop window by mouse, resize it and it get rendered properly. When typing text and inputting new line in Eclipse then text in text editor section dissapears. Only way is to scroll down and up in editor by mouse and text showing back. Other get around is CTRL+A select all text and it is visible again. In Geany, while scrolling, text is not showing at all (it looks like nothing happened - old text is visible all time). After scrolling it needs to select everything I see in window to show it. I don't really know if this bug is related to Xorg or other package. I think that Eclipse and Geany could using same engine to rendering text and it is somehow buggy in this version of Ubuntu. [Bug 1224259] [NEW] gtk title bar over the chromium tabs
Public bug reported: Hello, I've had problem with my chromium-browser, as reported in other bug. I've decided to reinstall Ubuntu to Ubuntu Gnome 13.10. [Bug 1217196] Re: Ubuntu 13.10 keyboard shortcuts not working
Hello, Unfortunately mainline kernel does not fix this bug. It looks like any shortcut with combined keys doesn't work. That are keyboard shortcuts working: - CTRL+ATL+F1/F2/F3/F4/F5/F6/F7/F8/F9/F10/F11/F12 - ALT + ` to switch between windows of the same application, - ATL + TAB, - left CTRL + ALT + TAB, - alt + F1/F2/F3/F4/F5/F6/F7/F8, - CTRL + F4/F5, - CTRL+ALT+D, - CTRL+C/V/X So for me it seems there are 2 different bugs: - special fn keys not working in my laptop, - and shortcuts with three key combination not working (especially with one of alphanumeric keys for example CTRL+ALT+T) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1217196 Title: Ubuntu 13.10 keyboard shortcuts not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1217196/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
