I am using Asus N73SV and it is now working. I changed my modem and now the wlan works without any hicups. I am pretty sure that I did not make any changes into the computer settings (other than selecting the new access point). Old modem that had the problems: ZyXel P-660HW-D1 (ADSL) New modem
