Yes, other distros include them:
- Gentoo: app-doc/opengl-manpages
(http://packages.gentoo.org/package/app-doc/opengl-manpages)
- Fedora: mesa-libGL-devel
(http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/8/i386/mesa-libGL-devel-7.0.2-2.fc8.i386.rpm)
- OpenSUSE: Mesa-devel
I hit this bug myself (amd64 here, too).
The patch proposed by Daniel Marynicz does not seem correct to me, because
ENABLE_X86_64 is not defined [1], so the guint64 part does not get compiled.
The correct check is whether ARCH_X86_64 is defined. You can grep the mplayer's
source and you will see
Ooops, forgot the [1]
[1] I tested whether it's defined - it's not.

Binary package hint: cuetools
cuetag from cuetools-1.3.1-1 is broken: cuetag uses non-existing (probably old)
options for metaflac,
which makes it unusable.
The fix is trivial. I'll attach a patch (as suggested by mugurelu [1])

Hi!
You are right, it works now. Interesting, there seems to be no way now

recall changing anything myself.
Thanks anyways!
