[Bug 1215763] Re: Windows Live Mail webapp should be 'Outlook.com' or similar

2014-05-07 Thread Philip Khor
I'm using unity-webapps-livemail 2.4.17+14.04.20140502.1-0ubuntu1. The
icon is still labeled LiveMail, whereas the icon image remains the same.

[Bug 1215763] Re: Windows Live Mail webapp should be 'Outlook.com' or similar

2014-05-07 Thread Philip Khor
I tagged this bug verification-failed because it did not fix the bug
that was originally reported - the original bug report did not mention
the missing icon. The 'icon not being displayed' part was reported by
other users on this thread later on, and I did not notice this issue on
my computer.

As far as my computer is concerned, I have noticed no further bugs apart
from the branding issue with this package.

[Bug 1225629] Re: shotwell crashed with SIGSEGV in publishing_accounts_uoa_publisher_authenticator_on_processed()

2013-11-15 Thread Philip Khor
Hi,
Strangely I can't reproduce it even by publishing the same photos (though using
a different FB account). Unfortunately I can't remember precisely how this
happened. My apologies.

I'll try again ASAP to see if I can reproduce this bug using other
methods.

[Bug 860427] [NEW] Oneiric displays 'Laptop battery critically low' message after AC is unplugged when 'charged' shown on battery indicator

2011-09-27 Thread philip khor

I'm using Oneiric 64 bit on a HP Compaq CQ40.
After the indicator displays 'charged' and the power source is unplugged, a
pop-up shows 'Laptop battery critically low'. After clicking the Cancel button,
the computer enters hibernation shortly.

[Bug 760131] Re: Power consumption raised significantly in natty

2011-09-24 Thread philip khor
I really hope a fix will be committed as soon as possible in Oneiric. My
laptop's battery life is terrible and I get a prompt that I have
approximately 20 minutes left at 40%. The computer hibernates about 5
minutes later, even while using pcie_aspm=force. I'm using kernel
3.0.0-11-generic.
