I added the ubuntu-geoip task because I think the problem isn't in the tzdata, as tzdata only maps contry capitols with timezones. Huelva, Cádiz & Almería aren't country capitols. I believe geoip is the service which assigns a timezone to a city (not only contry capitols), but maybe I'm wrong. --
