Since Zsh 5.3, the command_not_found_handler() behavior has changed, as

All the above information is right, EXCEPT for the time zone. The right
timezone for Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Spain) is "Europe/Mad
Interestingly, today Huelva has assigned the right timezone, although
Cádiz and Almería still hasn't.
However, some other cities like "Ayamonte" or "Sanlúcar de Guadiana"
(both in the Huelva province) still has the wrong timezone.

tzdata, as tzdata only maps contry capitols with timezones. Huelva,
Cádiz & Almería aren't country capitols.
I believe geoip is the service which assigns a timezone to a city (not

The "Document Viewer" window title shows untranslated in my Spanish
desktop, albeit it's translated in Launchpad since 2006-03-18:

Interestingly, my chrome.manifest files seems to be already right, i.e.
they contains "es-ES" and not "es_ES":

Weird... Now I have 4 languages defined: es-es, es, en-us, en. They
