Thanks for not including properly documented migration paths from
ecryptfs-encryption to encrytion X.
I'll stick to 17.10 for the time being.

Thank you for deploying a broken mysql-server package.
How do I let dpkg ignore mysql-server-5.7 at a "sudo dpkg --configure
--pending" and "sudo apt-get install -f"?
I can't downgrade mysql-server to work around the issue nor install my
desired package.

Bump.
After installing Kubuntu 17.10.1 I'm also experiencing this bug.
I installed grub on /dev/sda
Unfortunately I HAVE to reconfigure grub-pc because dpkg demands that.
Reinstalling explicitly grub-pc seems to do the trick.
