[Bug 986430] [NEW] Enigmail does not detect PGP/MIME signatures inside MIME containers
Public bug reported: Enigmail 1.4 from lucid-proposed does not detect PGP/MIME signatures if the message itself is encapsulated in another MIME container, which is the case on mailman mailing lists (see attached sample mail). In this case, the OpenPGP pane in the message view (the one saying Good signature from...) is not visible, but no error is shown either. [Bug 528432] Re: [gm45] X crashes and restarts with *ERROR* Failed to pin buffer 4 of 17
I was getting this error in dmesg too on my Lenovo ThinkPad SL510, with linux-image-2.6.32-38-generic_2.6.32-38.83. However, i915_error_state and Xorg.0.log were both free of error messages, although X crashed restarted. When I tried to debug the X server, gdb said that the program exited with code 1. [Bug 839251] [NEW] EOG and Firefox eat up memory when opening animated GIF
Public bug reported: When trying to open a specific GIF file with either Firefox or EOG, the process eats up all the system memory (4GB in my case), so the system starts to swap and becomes unusable. According to the file(1) utility: evil-2336-6467_c39e.gif: GIF image data, version 89a, 2 x 8880 Also, GIMP manages to open the file, showing 42 transparent frames of size 2 x 8880, except the first frame, which is completely black. KolourPaint, the Windows Explorer and the Windows Internet Explorer display the file as a 44x44 pixel image, which I suppose is the correct size. However, also the GNOME file open dialog displayes the first frame from the file correctly. [Bug 822885] [NEW] Firefox makes X hang when viewing big images
Public bug reported: I've experienced some times now that when I load big images in Firefox, the X server hangs. This occurs with a default Firefox profile, and for example reproducible on http://sortvis.org/algorithms/bubblesort.html (needs JavaScript). In this case, Xorg goes up to 100% CPU, and I does not react to key presses (except when using the SysRq shortcuts to kill it). I have a backtrace (see gdb-Xorg-direct.txt), with Xorg started from gdb as root, and then browsing Firefox to the mentioned URL. From the backtrace, it seems to be related with libpixman; however, when I install libpixman-1-0-dbg to get a reasonable backtrace, the X hangs do not occur anymore... I am currently using Ubuntu Lucid LTS, with Firefox 3.6.18+build2 +nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.04.2 from lucid-updates. [Bug 144175] Re: tilda stays like a gray window
I have the feeling that it has something to do with the animated pulldown feature. I have been using it for almost a month now without animation, and greying did never happen. [Bug 342553] [NEW] No window title bar and frame when started in fullscreen mode
Public bug reported: I have kompare-4:4.2.0-0ubuntu1~intrepid1 installed on Ubuntu 8.10 from intrepid-backports.
