I have the same problem, my hardware is a Clevo P640RE with intel
i7-6700HQ and a nvidia GTX970M.

i915.preliminary_hw_support=1 and nomodeset, but the system always froze

different
Our machine is running stable for the last 14 days, so i think the bug

Title:
ext4 kernel bug (2.6.32-22) while writing on USB
I have Version 2.16.2-5ubuntu2 (10.04) installed, but still getting the
same error after server reboot:
2010-10-11 12:42:03 -- 2010-10-11 12:42:03: ERROR: Creating templock
/var/lock/mrtg/_etc_mrtg_abc.cfg_l_15240: No such file or directory at
/usr/bin/mrtg line 1833.

/var/lock/mrtg
Since i reported this bug my server hangs up regularly every 2-3 days.
For a backup-machine this is obviously unacceptable. Any news if this
bug is going to be fixed soon? Do you need any more information?
