I bought a new Laptop (Hp with AmD Ryzen 7). I assume (and hope) that
all the other technical descriptions have been sent to you by the bug
report.

It did already happen in the installation medium (a flash key) and I
couldn't resize the partitions, had to borrow a mouse from a friend to
even install Ubuntu.

I don't know how to locate the exact package where the bug is or if is
one of the kernel.
