Update: I installed Mainline kernel, http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.32.26.12-lucid/linux-image-2.6.32-0206322612-generic_2.6.32-0206322612.201012010905_i386.deb, and I had NO PROBLEMS with wireless. I guess that there must be a bug in ubuntu patches to original kernel. --
