While I had trouble with this bug for a long time, I recently discovered
that using m17n keyboard layout instead of xkb layout for Persian
(fa_IR) completely resolves the problem in libreoffice 4.1.3 gnome 3.8.

And I think the keyboard is actually Latin keyboard, my

I was using the synaptic package manager to update the system. I clicked
on mark all upgrades and appy and when it was done i got the error
message. Although I dont know what exactly it means
