[Bug 1630086] [NEW] wifi won't work on unless i check and uncheck enable wifi

Public bug reported: Everytime I boot or wake where i need to reconnect I need to either 1) enable and re-enable wifi till it says available networks or 2)nmcli m till it doesn't say "disconnected wlp8s0 unavailable" just disconnected then do a iwlist scan ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu

I'm also unable to do any tests. Does it help if I list my USB devices? I'm on Windows for now, but I can try getting any information I can about my USB devices or my computer. Just for the record. I'm using a Logitech K120 keyboard and a Microsoft Comfort Mouse 3000. -- You received this bug no
