2014-07-27 Thread Stefano Statuti
Tested the 3.16-rc6 but NOT solve the problem.

changes from previus kernel (respect the problem on first post):

1)In INPUT tab:
Now the auto-fast change is FIXED, BUT now if i select any voices != Back
Microphone (plugged-in), my selected voice autochange in Back Microphone
(plugged-in).

2) in OUTPUT tab:
in port: i have only 1 voice ANALOG HEADPHONE (unplugged) but if i try to pug
my headphone e try to watch a video file whit audio from Youtube i dont have
output in my headphone.

CaN I made additional tests?

The only way you get your alc880 work is to edit /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
and add the following line if your motherboard have six audio jacks and digital
out at rear panel

options snd-hda-intel model=6stack-digout

or

options snd-hda-intel model=6stack-automute

If your computer chassis have a hda front audio panel which support jack
detection

I not close this bug because because i don't now if this is a bug to be fixed
in next kernel update

** Description changed:

  hi,

i have this problem from 12.04 to 13.04

i can reproduce all the problems :
  1) if i click on left button and try to select (using 2 different fingers)
some element (like word in a website) the icon of mouse have a strange
comportament, jump.
  mouse is this http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02241565.pdf page n° 14
if i try to put my finger into touchpad on Left touchpad button (or Right
touchpad button) and try to scroll my finger over the button the mouse's
pointer moves, instead it should not!

  2) in this mouse there are a led (TouchPad on/off button) but NOT work. From
manual I have this description : Turns the TouchPad
on and off. Quickly double-tap the button to turn the TouchPad on and off.

2013-08-27 Thread Stefano Statuti
running in live my cfg of keyboard is NOT CORRECT i use the map config
for find @ and other characters

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo apport-collect -p linux
You need to run 'sudo apt-get install python-apport' for apport-collect to work.

  hi,

i have this problem from 12.04 to 13.04

some element (like word in a website) the icon of mouse have a strange
comportament, jump.
  mouse is this http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02241565.pdf page n° 14
if i try to put my finger into touchpad on Left touchpad button (or Right
touchpad button) and try to scroll my finger over the button the mouse's
pointer moves, instead it should not!

  2) in this mouse there are a led (TouchPad on/off button) but NOT work. From
manual I have this description : Turns the TouchPad
on and off. Quickly double-tap the button to turn the TouchPad on and off.
