I can nofirm this for upgraded 13.10 also.
The biggest problem is, that there is not possible to use dual monitor
because of this. If you connect second monitor, cursor starts to
flickering on my build in monitor (laptot acer timeline 4820TG)

Funny thing...
If you try to switch workspaces continually it shows Remmina on
worspaces randomly time to time.
Also it is not possible to select display on which Remmina should be
running. It always select one (probably primary one, but not sure)

Ok, seems, that this issue isn't related to remmina, but compiz. If I
tried gnome-shell, it was still jumping but when I used Unity 2D as WM
and there is no Remmina workspace jumping at all!!

I'm having absolutely same problem as described here, so no need to
update those.
I thing, that these problem could be partially related also to this bug
