[Bug 1393162] [NEW] nm-connection-editor crashes when deleting the same connection twice

2014-11-16 Thread Thomas Jensen
Public bug reported:

Reproduce:
1. "Edit connections..."
2. Select a connection
3. Hit "Delete..."
4. Confirm removal
5. Quickly select the same network and repeat from step 3.

I guess this should be fixed by silently doing nothing if the connection
has already been removed, or by locking/reloading the connection list
while the delete happens. Possibly both solutions?

[Bug 1265401] Re: Unpredictable behavior of "Show sidebar"

2014-01-06 Thread Thomas Jensen
Okay, that's weird..

I logged in as guest, and it works as you described (the sidebar is
restored on each close/open).

I like though that mine stays hidden, apart from the anoying fact that I
have to press F9 twice. There must be some inconsistency somewhere?

I might have changed some flags in dconf to make it stay hidden. I've
attached a screenshot from "org -> gnome -> nautilus -> window state".

[Bug 1265401] Re: Unpredictable behavior of "Show sidebar"

2014-01-03 Thread Thomas Jensen
I use 13.10.

1. Open Nautilus (any folder)
2. Press F9 (nothing happens)
3. Press F9 (sidebar opens)

Debug:
1. Open Nautilus
2. Click the arrow pointing down and "Show sidebar" is ticked
3. Press F9
4. Click the arrow pointing down and "Show sidebar" is now unticked
5. Press F9
6. Click the arrow pointing down and "Show sidebar" is now ticked AND the
sidebar is shown.

It seems like the state of "Show sidebar" is persisted in the UI (as it
should be) but not in the options menu.

[Bug 1265401] [NEW] Unpredictable behavior of "Show sidebar"

2014-01-01 Thread Thomas Jensen
Public bug reported:

I prefer to not have the sidebar show as default but when I do want it, I have
to press F9 twice.
Further more the "show sidebar" option seems to behave strangely (which is
probably due to the same bug). Sometimes it's ticked even though the sidebar
isn't shown.

I have used Ubuntu 9.04 since Alpha3, and I have had no problems until
now. I think it started after they fixed a problem with compiz and intel

2007-10-28 Thread Thomas Jensen
Well, I am terrible sorry. I now realize I the problem was "auto
correction". I was looking in Preferences->Language
preferences->Preferences, where I had unchecked everything, including
Capitalize, split words, etc., so I didn't think OOO read these settings
in the danish version. I don't know how to disable "auto correction",
but I am not here for support. I thought there was a bug, but the bug
was me. Sorry!

[Bug 157998] split words in Spreadsheet

2007-10-28 Thread Thomas Jensen
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

First, sorry for my poor english. The problem is Spreadsheet split a
word I enter. I have disabled the automatic writing aid, so I would
expect the words to be as I write them - and that's why I call it a bug.
I use OO 2.3 in Ubuntu 7.10. Please ask if you need more info.

** Affects: openoffice.org (Ubuntu)
 Importance: Undecided
 Status: New
