we're having constant issues with CIFS mounts on our Linux terminal
servers (Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04 with updated kernel). Usually after 1 or
2 days we see the following in dmesg:
[102000.440031] INFO: task cifsiod:2184 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
[102000.441342]
Apport can't be run and all neccessary log information is included in
the bug report text itself.

Writing this as the lead developer of LMMS: LMMS' VST support works
fine (if not even better) with WINE 1.3 so please remove this
dependency and also upgrade the LMMS package to the latest version.

Same issue here. Downgrading to 011 solves the problem. Starting kded4
manually with new ntrack also reports unresolved symbols in
/usr/lib/ntrack/modules/ntrack-libnl3.so

Please remove the wine-bin dependency! There's no need for it as LMMS
already depends on wine1.2. Furthermore I suggest splitting out the VST
support layer into lmms-vst package as done with my LMMS packages at

The ttf-mscorefonts-installer package probably comes from lmms-vst -
wine - ttf-mscorefonts-installer. The problem is that Debian does not
separate the VST support libraries into an own package (lmms-vst) and
thus the lmms package itself depends on wine (which obviously is not
desired).

If you're going to upgrade to a recent version (what I - as the LMMS
main developer - would strongly recommend), please upgrade to 0.4.8
(even if the bug report is about 0.4.7) as this version again fixes lots
of bugs.
