Hey, the current visual spec is a massive improvement and resolves both
issues. The icon size is consistent and removing the icon grid removes
the problem of the icon labels in the grid being too tight to the icons.
Looks great btw. How far upstream is that?

Hi,
Yes Nexus 4 on BQ channel, but rc, not rc-proposed. I had to do that to
get the GPS working as mako just wouldn't work for ages. Maybe it does
now, I will switch channels and check.
Ok, thanks for the info, so mako specific bug for wifi AP and the usb

What happened to this? Ota-6 brought the gui which on my nexus 4 made a
hotspot which could be connected to but would not work. Now I'm on
ota-10 bq aquaris rc channel and no way of making a wireless hotspot to
share the device's connection?

I'm now on 15.04 r37, rc bq.aquaris channel on the nexus 4, I've flashed
the radio to the android 4.3 version and GPS still does not work for me
at all.
It did work for about a month in September but since then it is broken
again, I've tried stable, rc, rc-proposed, devel on the mako, and now

I have problems with GPS on mako too, 15.04 devel channel.
Weather thinks I'm 60km down the road when I'm at home, when out and
about sometimes it gets the right town, sometimes not.
Google Maps has only got my location once in about a week of trying.
Is this fixed upstream? I couldn't get
I think this is to do with plymouth update. Shutting down through the
terminal also doesn't shut down my machine properly, it sleeps but
doesn't wake up and needs a hard restart.

Nautilus' Format option doesn't actually work
To manage
The dialogue that pops up to format looks like it's the same as that
invoked from the Disks utility (which works). Looks like whatever call
is made when you confirm you want to format the drive fails. Would it be
possible to launch the disks utility directly from clicking Format in
the right click
