[Bug 808909] [NEW] Dim Inactive plugin disabled by default although stated as enabled
Public bug reported: I have enabled plugin Dim Inactive and checked Enabled ADD helper on startup. But when compiz started, inactive windows doesn't became dimmed. Problem goes when I disable and then enable plugin.
