Hey Bryce, no this issue does not come up anymore, therefore I would say it has been fixed. It is also true that I did a complete uninstall of the driver followed by a clean reinstall, and I believe that this is how the issue has been resolved, therefore I think this bug can be closed. Thank you! [Bug 828759] Re: package ubuntu-desktop 1.240 failed to install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
After the Partial Upgrade I did on the 24th of August (few minutes ago) the upgrade finished without any errors and Unity 3D is working. I got messages of programs closing unexpectedly: metacity, 2x gnome-settings- daemon and the GSettings Data Conversion. I will report these bugs in the meantime. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/828759 Title: package ubuntu-desktop 1.240 failed to install/upgrade: ErrorMessage: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-meta/+bug/828759/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
