[Bug 1958267] Re: wpa can't connect to servers using TLS 1.1 or older
I updated to wpasupplicant 2:2.10-6, and I was able to undo the modifications from #22 and still connect normally using PEAP and MSCHAPv2 authentication, confirmed by restarting wpasupplicant service and reboot. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1958267 Title: wpa can't connect to servers using TLS 1.1 or older To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wpa/+bug/1958267/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1958267] Re: "Connection failed" for WPA Enterprise network (e.g. eduroam)
I was also affected by this issue when updating from 21.10 to 22.04, not on eduroam but on my university's network. Workaround from post #22 worked for me, but I simply modified the original file (/etc/ssl/openssl.cnf). After reading other comments, I got confused. Is this a bug on Ubuntu's wpasupplicant or a problem with the university's infrastructure using old vulnerable authentication methods? If the latter, how should I report it to university's sysadmin? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1958267 Title: "Connection failed" for WPA Enterprise network (e.g. eduroam) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wpa/+bug/1958267/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

I followed the guidelines provided by Dirk Seidel (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/akonadi/+bug/909022/comments/7) and the problem is gone. [Bug 207168] [NEW] installer restarts X on Kubuntu Hardy after selecting keyboard
Public bug reported: I've booted correctly the live cd of kde 4.0, then I've started the installation. Both kde 4.0 and the installer were in English, even when I selected brazillian portuguese from the menu on the cd. I've continued installing until I got to the stage where you select the keyboard layout just fine. Although when I've clicked continue, kde restarted from beginning, as if X crashed at that stage. I've tried again with no luck twice, then I started ubiquity winthout the parameter kde_ui from the terminal. That seemed to solve it, so it must be a problem with kde ui only. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- installer restarts X on Kubuntu Hardy after selecting keyboard https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/207168 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
