The following worked for me:
1. Install xserver-xorg-video-intel package and rebooting.
This showed output on the second monitor in lower resolution.
2. Adding higher resolution via xrandr:
sudo xrandr --addmode DP1 1920x1080
3. Using the Ubuntu settings, display module to switch to higher
I am seeing a similar problem with NUC5I7RYH. Both monitors look find at
boot-up but one goes blank one you get to the login prompt for X
Windows. No flickering. Also on 15.10.

After upgrading to Jaunty from Intrepid, network problems started. The
network slows down and then stops completely. If I disable and re-enable
the network from NetworkManager, everything goes back to normal. The
problem happens with both my wired Ethernet card using

Hi,
I upgraded today from Intrepid to Jaunty, and had the same problem with
no mouse/keyboard in X, and a message in system log about a segfault
with HAL. I am using software raid.
I downloaded and installed the package supplied by Chris and it works. I
hope this patch will be applied to the
