Same here. I am using Interpid 64bit with firefox version 3.0.5 and flashplugin- nonfree 10.0.15.3ubuntu1~intrepid1... It works good for some time (i.e. several hours of surfing). After that it starts to show every flash as a gray box. -- Adobe Flash displays as gray box on some sites -
