I have created a live usb, trying 17.04 and 16.04.
After clicking "Try Ubuntu" or "Install Ubuntu", the screen goes blank.
It is a Lenovo Yoga (full details attached).
Also, I disabled secure boot and tried "nomodeset" instead of "quiet
splash"

I've read through the instructions, but I don't really understand them.
Am I basically just cloning the kernel, and then going back one commit
at a time, installing the kernel, and then seeing if the trackpad works?

When will this be fixed? Or is it fixed? If it's fixed, it's not fixed
on my machine. I just downloaded ubuntu on my macbook pro, and the mouse
is always flying all over the place when I'm trying to type, and I can't
move the mouse when my thumb is resting.
