Telegram desktop installed as a snap but ç works fine. The same happens

Usually you need to have you keyboard layout configured as "English US-

As per previous mentions for tcpdump:
a) using script does not change anything
b) connecting via ssh and not lxc exec has no effect
c) disabling apparmour for tcpdump does work:
i.e.
/bin/ln -s /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.tcpdump
I downloaded the version in the repository and see that it's working. So
it would probably just backporting the fix to the 18.04 release.

I found how to fix it. I found the solution here:

and the laptop is lenovo g50-30 but i used the driver for lenovo g50-70

I used the attachment, and installed it with the terminal:
sudo dkms ldtarball
i don't know what you mean allowed me to test the issue. I installed
it, i reboot, i tried through settings, gpointing unity tweak tool.
But as many times i tried it didn't work...
I only hope that with 15.04 it will be fixed or i will install to that
laptop windows 10.

It really seems a linux driver bug, since it happens also with Fedora 21

It's not a regression since it has always happened. This has happened
since the begining on the first instalation with Ubuntu 13.04 and still
persists on 13.10. I recently realized a very strange behavior which
made me more confused than ever:
If I reboot the system, it suddenly start's to work

I think incompatibility is now what we want at this stage is a typo
that should be incompatibility is not what we want at this stage
because otherwise let's stay with 1.5 would not make sense.

It's not a matter of simply packaging it to Ubuntu, but the virtual
machine needs to be ported to run on non-android devices, such a gnu-
linux distribution like Ubuntu, which have not yet been done so far, as
