[Bug 1622313] Re: gparted does not recognize the iso9660 file system in cloned Ubuntu USB boot drives
What I hope is that after this issue is resolved, it will be possible to use partitioneditor and make additional partitions on the stick - otherwise all the extra space is wasted. It's not easy to find USB3 sticks less than 16gb these days. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1622313 Title: gparted does not recognize the iso9660 file system in cloned Ubuntu USB boot drives To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gparted/+bug/1622313/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 153119] Re: Capture quality problematic on Dell Latitude D630
First, this problem is similar to mine. Plugging an external microphone seems to have no effect at all, adn it is using the condenser microphone which sounds like crap. D630. Linux 2.6.23-11 Since i am using Debian lenny and not Ubuntu, it would help if someone would explain exactly what needs to be ugraded (alsa or the kernel?) to get the external microphone to work on a D630. -- Capture quality problematic on Dell Latitude D630 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/153119 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 90681] Re: resolv.conf overwritten using VPN/PPP etc...
My problem is related: I want to *add* an extra domain to my search list, so I modify /etc/resolv.conf and my changes to it are lost shortly afterwards (on reboot, or on DNS renew). If there was another config file where I could place additional 'search' domains or DNS servers, or DNS servers themselves, then it could be added to resolv.conf when it gets overwritten, and that would solve my problem. -- resolv.conf overwritten using VPN/PPP etc... https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/90681 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
