Yeah,  they use  a similar tactic in S Austin, TX to get people to slow
down in a small valley along I-35 south of the river. They will
constantly place  an unmanned police  car  in position as if  it's
driver was using the radar gun.  I  thought it was crafty  when  I saw
it. The small  valley the freeway runs through is  right where traffic
backs  up and  I could  easily see people speeding right into  the  back
of traffic stopped just past LOS.

The stealing  was  to show  how Hank would deal with a family member
doing something  illegal  and how such a situation could affect him
professionally, long before he  had to deal  with  Walt.

Rock collecting was to show  Hank was sick  of being confined to the
house and had  to  find something to put his  mind  into, being very
pendatic about specifics ("Dammit Marie!,  etc.).   When  he  got a hold
of the lab  folder  he dove  into that with the same sort of  zeal.

My pitbull sheepdog cross does the  same  thing.   He is indeed
stretching his legs.  It's a big dog thing.   Small dogs tend  to  be
more common but aren't tall enough to do things like this.   That's  why
you  maybe haven't noticed other dogs  do it before.

My best bud does it every morning  with my bed  when he crawls  off  in
the morning.  His name is  Ozzy but I call him  Oz or My Pet
Monster.

Touchpad is not active at boot time since 9.04 version install, it work fine 
with 8.10.
I need a extern mouse to navigate on my laptoop.
I dont kwon how to make it active, the mouse configuration seem ok
